Writing on democracy is so fun because it is like writing movie script with so many twists and turns, and also funny drama. If you can analogize the basic thought process, this study can be applicable to work place or everyday life.

I worked closely with politicians, with common people who are well educated and also with people who are not so educated according the general standards. What I noticed is that politicians who mastered how to deal with people are best everything and can be successful anywhere. 

But biggest takeaway is that such talented people does not mean they are best. It is just that true leaders out there who are much intelligent but do not want to be corrupt to just win and they know that winning elections alone does make great. These true leaders most of the times act like introverts, innocent, or sound stupid. They wait for right time till they are fully armed and ready to pounce. 

True leaders have the hard earned ability to be disruptive, aggressive, and but definitely calculate net benefit of greater good. So called successful politicians or leaders could be unethical and are funny for me. The reason I write is that it is critical for everyone to put off these kind of leaders even before their reach become cancerous(I call them they) 

1.These people just think that they are true leaders but don't know the basics of social equality or social justice.They spread hate, give hate speech, and allocate much of their memory for holding grudges.

2.Simple ways to identify these leaders are, they hide things, secretly talk to people, they discuss about people not the processes. They underestimate people, belittle or judge people. They are less forgivable.

3.Personal talk revolves around money, women/men, or prestige.  They can not tolerate public criticism or don't know how to criticize opposition. 

3.Because winning is perceivable, they think its the ultimate but don't realize others are much more capable if true leaders could compromise little on their ethics.

4.Who campaign for these leaders also have no real reason to support and they also are funny because they may play different sympathy cards.

5.They always take popular decisions and please people for their votes. They are not introverts because they want to find fault with people. They don't appreciate and have negative aura(*negative energies, most dangerous form).

6.Unlike true leaders, these leaders don't give free advise. These leaders don't respect money because it's not hard earned.

 7.They show less emotional intelligence and could not understand unless told. They are not approachable.

8.They think of own benefit alone, but showoff as caretakers. They always wants to be with people who have better social status.

Most important to notice that they do all these subconsciously and unable to realize they are stupidest form of leadership. 

It is not surprising to see these kind of leaders everywhere but it is interesting when they grow and largely destructive. Irony is that, most of the people have similar DNA but these kind of leaders have to be discouraged at initial level.
