What would you call a person who is running after quail eggs with dozens of eggs in hand!
I would like to throw a question to women. Which one would you choose between becoming CEO of Facebook and upbringing two children, of whom boy would become Gandiji/Netaji and girl would become Sarojini Naidu!
Of course both of these are extreme examples, but essence is that women increasingly are after money making jobs. If I have to ascertain this, few women argue that I'm an anti-feminist! But fact is that women are chasing wild goose! Yes, upbringing their children is most important thing than any other. Realizing that anyone can not have all, women has no choice to choose both being a mother and working women! Unless, women are career oriented, why sacrifice mother-role in family at the cost of good society.
As Is the Seed, So Is the Plant
If the mothers are good, there will be no room for bad behaviour by the children. Although parents may appear innocuous like fig fruits, they are responsible for the misbehaviour of their children, like worms inside the fruits.
To realize their own importance, women have to realize how important is her family in building a good nation and how important is her role in upbringing a child. In fact this is the greatest job on earth I would consider and only women can do this.
Had my mother not told anything that make me good human, I would not have been the way I'm. Well behaving always and easily nurtured by mother. When we see someone limping, we feel like helping him/her, when we see person dead, we cry but all these are instincts that were formed out of being with mother.
Only people who are doing their jobs all the time, in fact even at the time of recession too, round the clock and,in fact, enjoy their regime are mothers.
Unless a women can greatly handle both work and motherhood, women may opt work at the cost of good family and eventually a great nation.
Just imagine, if every mother does her own god gifted job enough to keep their children ethical and honest, we would definitely don't see any harrowing experience to a girl called Nirbaya in capital of India.

Cooking and child care are probably two bigger industry where most women are productively engaged. :)
